hi,
by diffusing the anger. whatever or whoever is the cause of your anger is, you have to let it go! forgive and go on. you will be doing it for yourself... not the person or situation you are so angry with. and use your self control to control your anger. it's just best to let go of anger.

You mean anger? Well, mentally count till 50 before replying or reacting. Normally sanity, or at least reason, prevails by that time and anger loses its edge.

not easy but hold your breath count to 10 then slowly relise it works for me
