It was a concern. And started in the afternoon. This morning most of the sensation had gone. They also felt very warm and numb.

I was going to see a doctor if it continued today but chose not to as most of the 'pins and needles' have diappeared.

I'm worried that it may be some circulation problem - which may also indicate some other more serious cardio-related illness.

Any serious advice would certainly be helpful. Thank you.

Tingling feet is a sign of bad circulation.
You need to walk more or this bad circulation could turn into blood clots.
If it persists you do need to see a doctor, otherwise if it goes away for long periods of time there's no need to worry, just walk more.

It all depends after what you did that it has come to you. If have sat for long periods without movement then the blood vessels would have be compressed not allowing the circulation. If you had a very heavy sex then also due to fluid loss such a thing could occur and other than that it could be worser like a stroke or something which could have resulted in the condition you have stated. Hence you could visit the doctor if the symptoms are still there. All the best.

I had a friend who was diabetic and she got tingling/numb feet before a coma. I'm not trying to be too scary but it may worth seeing a doc to check it out as it lasted so long. Were you sitting for a long time or anything or wearing tight shoes, they could have also been a cause but it should have stopped a few mins after you removed the cause.

I suggest that you go see the doctor as you are right and it may be circulation but it could be a pinched nerve or something relating to your spine. Have him check it out if this continues.

It could be because there is not enough blood circulation due to perhaps disuse atrophy or perhaps due to the fact that part of your body was at rest for two or three hours. You can find good home remedies for this. I did find some at http://ailments.in/peripheralneuropathy.html

Go and see the doctor. Only he can tell you the answer. It would be a good idea to get a physical check up anyway.

Sitting on one leg thus stopping blood flow
Bad blood circulation

If it continues see your doctor.
