The only way, in my mind, to really lose weight is to combine a healthy diet with much needed excercise. The reason being is that there are many benefits to excercising that it is almost a waste not to excercise. There is the benefit of better circulation, increased metabolism, faster weight loss, and just gaining a more positive perception of yourself. With diet alone, it is difficult to really see the changes and it does take a longer time to lose the weight.
You do not have to necessarily join the gym. There are many programmes on TV that are free to view. If you have interactive TV, like Cablevision's Optimum IO, there are free videos on demand just dedicated for excercising. If you have that, then you can click on Mag Rack and look for Personal Trainer, but if you do not have interactive tv, you can always take nice invigorating walks.
I understand the concept of always being out of time, as I work full time, go to college full time and tend a household full time, but I make it a point on a weekend to take my dog for a walk. The one motivation that forces me to get myself off the couch is that I have to train my dog to be on a leash (he's 5 months old).
So there you have it, weight loss is more beneficial if you associate it with a little excercise.

Sauna belts will not help you lose weight thats just a scam you bought into, but I can tell you what does work and has worked for me, use Vinegar and honey, first put a tablespoon of Honey in a medium sized glass, leave spoon in while you pour some boiling hot water in the glass to melt the honey, then add one tablespoon of Vinegar, then top off the glass with room temperature water or cold water and ice while leaving spoon in, this helps the glass from breaking from the different temperatures then once you have done all this you now can remove the spoon, then drink this liquid at every meal and remember eat smaller portions of food this also helps you to lose weight, I would recommend using Weightwatchers recipes I have done this in the past and it works very well, they use to put out a magazine with recipes in their that you could follow to lose weight at home with I am not sure if they still do that or not you'd best to check out that idea, just make sure you drink that Vinegar and honey at every meal do this until you have lost the weight you desire. Also recommend a brisk walk in the evening or whenever you can fit this in your schedule once around the block will even do it or get yourself a treadmill will help you burn the fat easily and quickly and a walk will help keep you motivated to exercise Walking is always the best method to losing weight it is low impact exercise and always keeps people motivated to get some exercise and is quick and easy. Remember you don't have to do boring exercises in order to stay fit walking you can always fit in even when you don't have time. Also eat some low fat foods, you will still be able to enjoy food and lose weight at the same time. Also I need to add one more thing to this regimen of Vinegar after you have had this Vinegar for about a week you will need to start adding two tablespoons of Vinegar instead of the one I told you earlier now you will have gotten up to the full dosage needed to lose weight Good Luck !

Eat nourishing food that too only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless diabetic. U shud take water only in between the meals. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur brain generates a command to u to indicate that u have had enough. Take light exercise and brisk walks regularly. U will be able to attain ur ideal weight within a reasonable time gracefully and effortlessly w/o any side effects.

Exercise is not just for losing weight - it is also to ensure that all those parts of the body that have to last all your years and come with no spares, are kept well oiled and healthy.
Sauna belt works in a way, but is not the panacea for weight problems.
Exercise can happen when you choose to take the steps instead of the lift, and challenge yourself to reach before your colleagues(happens upto 5 floors for someone I know), when you park at a distance and choose to carry your own groceries, etc...

THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE! I am a man that has struggled with weight loss in the past and have stayed at 180 lbs now after using a no time approach to lossing weight.
- Don't finish your plate at dinner
- Make sure to eat all fruits and vegatable serving
- Increase fiber
- Study and follow what a serving size is.
- Don't fight for front parking
- No elevators!
- Walking is workingout!
- Eat what you crave just eat less!
The key is simple know what your eating and don't be fouled by the large portion size America. Last follow your cravings in small amounts, if you try substitutes 9/10 times they don't work so you end up eating twice the amount of calories. GOOD LUCK. TAKE YOUR TIME, IT DOESN"T WORK OVERNIGHT.

Exercise is the most healthiest way to lose that chunks of fats.
Grab a fren to exercise or sign up for a gym class.
Suma belt is not as efficient as a real workout.
Get up now and start planning your exercise regime!

Please control your diet and try to drink lots of water and NO FRY'S At all.Using Sona belt i have not heard such people who have reduced weight with that but if you want you can always try it out since you have no time for exercise i think controlling your diet will be the best medicine.

Donot consume rice, wheat or maida in the night. consume atleast 1/2 kg of fruit and 1/2 kg of curd every day. Avoid desi ghee, vanaspathi, dalda and mustard oil altogether. Drink at least 4 litres of water every day. Consume at least 1/2 kg of cooked vegetables everyday. Avoid potatoes and pineapple. Of course there is no restriction on taking potato juice. With this, atleast you should increase your wt further.

as diet, try to integrate more exercise into your daily life, park your car that extra 50m away so you have to walk a bit further, jut lots of little things may make an important difference

i would not end your work out... it will make you sense slow... i could develop your energy, yet no longer too plenty... i could seem at protein for muscle development. this is in basic terms a tho't. Muscle weighs extra advantageous than fat.
