well that depends on what your refering to. I mean they have the slang word need used way back when that means O like that is cool or nice. Now if your talking about keeping a home clean that is a whole differnt topic. Or might I ask is this just a question and finding what others opoinon is of neat. For me there is no such thing as being perfect in any situation.

Neat is not necessarily "clean". One can be neat but not that clean. When I hear the word "neat". I think of a room that is straightened and organized.

If I use the word and say "neat", I usually mean "I like that!"
