My ex girl doesn't want to be with me because I hurt her. I didn't cheat on her or anything just broke some promises to her and didn't really trust her. I want her back and am willing to do whatever it takes. I know I need to apolagize to her but to be truthful I'm not really good with apologies. I'm usually too blunt with my answers. Girls what kind of stuff would you like to hear in an apology? I'm talking about mushy stuff.

If you havn't already apoligized, you should have 1000 times already. I think a handwritten letter saying all your true feelings, and intentions for the future is a good start.

i think she's hurt because you "just" broke some promises. most girls hate that.(so do most guys) if you really want her back, you'd better keep your promises..
before the apology....
think if you have hurt her in any other way. hanging out with other girls, not spending enough time with each other, you know the rest. if there are some things to say "sorry" about, then include them in your apology.
and the apology..
first of all, say "i'm sorry" and say it like you mean it.(you mean it, don't you?)
be sincere. don't be too blunt, but don't make it too complicated, either. or she'll just think you are being insincere.
say that you're sorry that you broke a lot of promises(don't cover up your mistakes in an apology) and that you really love her.
DON'T BE TOO SMOOTH, or she might think you are not actually sorry.
etc, etc.
Hey, not a lot of people are good with apologies. i'm really awkward at it, too. just be really sincere and maybe you can show your awkwardness a little.

Hey there.... well if u had issues with keeping promises in the past and trust issues u need to think how u can prove to her that it would be different this time.... as for wat we want to hear in the way of apologies well u admitting that u were wrong is a good start and not trying to justify it just say that u are sorry for being a dick lol and that if she will give u another chance u will try to be more trusting... as for promises u shouldnt really make them unless u are sure that u can go through with them..... goodluck
