For one, being a vegetarian means you don't eat meat, and a crash diet of just fruit and black cffee is worse than not dieting at all. Eat low fat foods, youghurt is okay, because you are not vegan, and milk is the same, vegetables are a good soursce of protein, as well as bread, rice, pasta, and for protein, you can buy suppliments which work just as well instead of meat.

The fact that you put She/he tells me that you are talking about yourself, but trying to draw everyone away into thinking you are tlaking about a friend of yours, which is the only reason why I said "You" instead of She/he.

It is absurd to go on fad diets. One cannot sustain them and the results cud also be disasterous. Fibre helps in movement of the of food in the digestive system.

Eat nourishing food that too only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless diabetic. U shud take water only in between the meals. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur brain generates a command to u to indicate that u have had enough. Take light exercise and brisk walks regularly. U will be able to attain ur ideal weight within a reasonable time gracefully and effortlessly w/o any side effects.
