If you are from the UK, go to Marks & Spencers and buy one of their chickens. It comes with roasting tray that can be used time and time again - and you can put it in the dishwasher. It can also be used on the hob, I make gravy in mine from the left over roasting juices. It's a good size, I have cooked beef and lamb joints in mine.

Our combi came with a roasting plate supplied as part of the accessory kit so get in touch with your combi,s manufacturer they may be able to supply one
