My period was meant to arrive on sat 24th however it was late and I started a brownish spotting on mon and today very much the same. I have left sided cramp and sore lower back all of today, cramping is more constant today. So maybe mother nature being late for some reason. Or start questioning by the end of week if i remain the same or stop spotting?

so do you think it sounds like cyst symptoms? I was hoping for pregnancy! But wait and see by end of week if i actually get my period flowing!

Brown blood is not a major problem. It means its old. But if you think you might be pregnant then you need to do a test and see a dr. If there is not chance of being preg i would just wait for a while. And if no proper period in a month see Dr.

Sounds to me like you may have ovarian cysts. I had those and had problems with them growing on my ovaries. You should check it out with an OB/GYN. But then you could be pregnant too.

i think u better see u doc..and have pregnancy test as well...some time stress make periods to delay...so dont u worry...even in early pergnancy most women feels that are about to get their periods...
so dont take any stress...see ur doc...
