The other woman gave it...but me and my crush aren't dating...yet. He did come to visit me tonight.

There are 3 points here.
1)I can understand why he wouldn't open it, but put it on display.
2)The fact that he hasn't even bothered to take it indoors says to me that he isn't interested, he's just too polite to throw it away.
3)What did he do with what you gave him?

I would probably not open the package, but I'd at least take it out of my car. Since it's still in his car, that makes me wonder. I would have put it in my house and put it on a shelf or something, not meaning to be hurtful of the one who bought it for me.

not really..it depends on the guy..if he really WANTS to open it..then good..but if he ignores it..well..it just means that he isnt interested to the person that gave the present to him...
you can always remind about the gift you gave to the guy..
you can ask him "did you like the gift i gave you??"
and if he answers that he did,,,it means hes just lying..because he havent even opened the gift and doesnt know whats inside,

i agree with carlito. he's trying to figure out what to do with all that. and if it was important to him, it wouldn't still be in his car. poor girl. good for you, anyway.
