ok a couple weeks ago...i gave this girl in my class a really nice v-day home made...although we havnt spoken much...i wanted to surprise her....anyways ...she doesn do much at all...i mean usually when u recieve somethin like this from a guy...u will at least say "hey..thnx for u r card it was really thoughtfull.." the next day but what do i get ???NOTHIN ....anyways what can i do to find out if she is really fricken shy but likes me...or just not interested?
but sometimes she takes notice of me...like when we pass each other...we make eye contact which is something we didnt do before...i know its not much but...its something lol .....and also...i asked her friends if she said anything about me ....nothing

Why don't you try talking to her? If you're too shy, write her a note or something...and if she doesn't write back, I wouldn't bother with her anymore.

Tough question. I've got some experience dealing with "shy" girls because that's the type I'm attracted to and always end up dating.
Here's the thing about them. They never, ever make a move. Ever. Even after you've made a move. Ever.
Why is that? Because its not in their nature to make large brash moves, and they won't make a move after you've made a move because they expect you to make more moves. Got it?
So here's the solution. It's possible she doesn't like you. It's possible she's super shy. Two ways to find out.
1. Ask her if she GOT your card. NOT what she thought about it, just if she got it. You'll know right away by her response. Either she'll react nervously (the shy type in that case), or coldly (not interested).
2. Talk to her friends. Don't just ask them if she talks about you. Shy people tend to keep more secrets. They probably already know how you feel about her (since you asked if she talked about you), so tell them how you feel and recruit them to find out.
Either one of these, or even a combination of the two will work. Good luck.

Sounds to me like she is waiting for you to make your intentions known and that she is shy. This is the reason she has not said anything to her friends cause if you reject her she does not want it known to the others. Go up to her and invite her out for a burger or a walk somewhere. Good luck and don't you go being too shy as well or this will never take off.

just get up the courage and ask her your self, she will think thats VERY manly and cool.
who knows if she doesnt like you now she might if you do that. Like really whats the worts that can happen but her say something like no I dont like you, a simple let down no biggie you'll get over it =]
If I was her and I was shy I wouldnt know what to say, so if she is shy maybe she just didnt know what to say to you about it.

She could be a nice girl and not want to hurt your feelings because she is not interested in you. I mean if her friends didn't mention to you that she liked you chances are that she doesn't and they don't want to hurt your feelings either.
There is a girl out there that wouldn't mind getting a lovely v-day card from you and you are overlooking her because you attempting to get someone that you'll never have.

try getting her number and text her.. There are some people(including me) who are shy in expressing his/her feelings personally, but by txting they can express their feelings...
Try texting her, and first, ask her about herself, hobbies *blah blah blah* then after a while talk about love, about ur feelings to her and from her replies ull see if she's interested or not.. i cant say how ull see if she's interested, its so hard to describe... but promise, u will see it from her replies if she's interested or not.

From my experience, I can say that she loves you and is happy to receive a gift on v day. However, she wants you to make the first move. Go ahead and tell her you love her.

you could ask her right out? or otherwise you can hang on and see if it is meant to be! maybe she is ultra shy!has she had any bf's b4? if she does really like you then she will do something about it eventually!
