You seem to be on the right track.
You didn't say how much you are overweight, but sometimes it is enough to leave the snacks and sweets out.
For a beautiful skin my mother always used to take every morning regardless off the weather after her regular shower a 1 minute icecold shower.
Ahe died with 80 and had a beautiful skin, so I think it works.

Hun, you already have the perfect body and skin! Everything about you is just right. If you feel like your weight could be a health issue or if a doctor has told you you need to loose weight, then ask what the best way to loose weight would be. If you only feel overweight because of what others say, remember this: Be yourself, dont let what others think get you down. many diets are actually bad for your health and should be avoided. stay away from things that want you to eat mostly one thing or none of another. the problem with today is everyone wants to be perfect. with all the celebrities and telivision shows, people think that you have to look one way. dont let that change you. as for skin, make sure you wash well! J Lo's body will go out of style, yours never will.

First of all, what is the perfect body? Is it what you feel that society deems to be perfect? If so, forget about it because being an image of Hollywood doesn't mean that you're going to be happy with yourself. If you want to trim down because YOU want to, your most important part needs to be your diet. You can't have 3 small meals of fast food basically. When I was wrestling, my typical day included 5 small meals (2 meals being snacks like a bowl of fruits), jog 5 miles, and lifting (light) weights for like 1 hour. Also, I think the only lasting results are really going to come from the good old fashioned hard work and sweat, not some pills that you pop or some belt that you wear. Best of luck to you.

Body -
This conversation is best discussed with a physician and/or nutritionist because everybody's body is different. You want to watch your calories but if you're eating small meals you should increase it gradually to 4 or 5. It helps with the bodie's metabolism. A physician can explain it more. A personal trainer can tell you how to get the results you want.
Skin -
The best thing you can do for your skin is to exfoliate (all over) and to develop a daily treatment regimen. Things to definately do: exfoliate, gentle cleansing bar, anything to treat acne or blemishes, always wear sunscreen with a high SPF even on cloudy days, moisturize with shea butter lotion for softer skin. If you're into it, Jergen's makes that bronzer lotion which can give your skin a healthy glow. All of this can be found cheaply at Target.
It's never too early to start wearing anti-aging lotion either. I began at 25 and many many many years later have no lines around my eyes or mouth.

I wish I had that same secret too! You seem like you're on the right track. It's hard when you're latino because culturally the food is so good and full of carbs. You should stick to a diet full of lean protein, fruit, and vegetables. And cut down on the sugars and starches(white bread, potatoes, rice etc.) As far as skin is concerned you need to cleanse, tone and moisturize day and night. Exfoliating with a scrub and a brush will make your skin softer. You can use a self-tanner like Jergens Natural Glow to get that J.Lo glow. Hope I helped....people will be mistaking you for J.Lo in no time.

Well, you should slowly change your life style. For example, no more junk foods or fried foods....eat home-made meals (restaurants add a lot of salt and butter to make the foods taste good) and drink a lot of water (no sodas or sugary juices). Try exercising daily....a bike ride or an hour-long walk are good. Remember, it's a good idea to loose a few pounds per month...you'll be more likely to keep it off. Try to get a good night's sleep every night, don't abuse on alcohol and smoking (if you don't smoke or drink) it's better. Creams do relatively little for you....it's the way you conduct your life that really matters.

I've seen a documentary about J.Lo and she actually slathers La Mer Cream/Moisturizer all over her face and body.(Don't do that on your face if you have oily skin though) That costs about a thousand bucks per tub.. She also goes for dance classes for three hours almost every day.. I guess that's how she got that body..

No ones perfect. love the skin your in. You dont need to be skinny... be healthy. being overweight doesnt mean anything, it just gives us excuses to have low selfesteem, bad eating habbits, and an extra empty seat nex to us on planes. But to be a wee bit more healthier it would be better to eat 5meals a day, not three large or small ones. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. This will really get your matabilizm going, and your never hungery. Keep excersizing that will reallly help! Portion control!! Keep your daily intake of calaries to 1200-1600 per day. no less!! No diet pills, they only screw your body up! Protien shakes are good for you! Keep up the good work, love yourself, and good luck!

You know not everyone has to have the Jo Lo body to be beautiful. Maybe you need to look on the inside to find true beauty.
