May be Koran use the word Thigh for testicles.
Thats why it says testicles are the ribs and backbone. Sura 86 : 6,7 the Koran says, "man was created from ejected liquid- Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs".

why dont you get them a childrens bible. yes they have childrens bibles. it teaches the princibles in a way children can understand. and no, there wont be any "vulgarities" in it
