The answer to that is all of them every one depends on someone
for something that's the big problem countries like N Korea are
having is that no one wants to deal with them and the ones that are dealing with them are so limited on resources that they don't
have enough for there own country much less another one that's why when other countries put sanctions against a country like
N Korea they either go with the flow or they starve.

all countries are dependent to one another, one way that link them all is trade because no country can claim that she "has it all," even isolationist for that matter is not exempted coz they do have some degree of dependence for the supply of their basic needs that fall short within their own borders i.e. china is feeding almost all the power grids that lights up north korea.
