How do i do it?

I am fed up of charging my pencil batteries everyday befoe i sleep.

I want i readily charged when i start my bike.

You still have a walkman? Anyway, like the other dude said, you can probably get an inverter and then use a small transformer (110vac to 3vdc). That would work. I don't know the cost. Maybe there is some kind of step down transformer that would transform 12vdc to 3vdc. That be even easier.

You probably could by using a voltage inverter, like you would use in a car. Since your motorcycle has a 12V system, you could hardwire an automotive cigarette socket to the terminals, and use a simple plug-in voltage regulator. Both of these items are available at Radio Shack and would cost around $15 together. Be sure to figure out how to weatherproof the socket, though--maybe a marine style one would be best.

Use a high Resistor to drop the voltage in the circuit to be connected to the workman

Its Simple....If u r having even any sort of basic circuit designing background ,then simply design a voltage divider circuit.

First, measure current, and then using voltage divider circuit simply divide ur 12V into 3V and then connect suitable connector at the end, and plug-in ur Walky.
