Please Understand this was a question I just finished anwering and I am asking in all sencerity why do people pick on the Jews? Dont they realize Jesus was a Jew?

Everbody likes money. Jews got a reputation for being greedy becuase they worked together as a people in foreign and hostile places. Because of their knack for working together they often acquired great wealth whereever they went. This pissed off the less fortunate of the native populations who felt they were more entitled to the goods of their homeland even if the jewish immigrants came by it through hard work and an ancient sense of collective identity and social practices.

Multiculturalism. people think that Multiculturalism is the answer to all racial issues (a stereotype question in your case) and push there view heavily just like any other bias view the only difference is that Multiculturalist are backed by governments and governments and there supporters don't like "waves" so they attack anyone who they view is creating an issue even if a small one, as it may threaten there regime.
