how to enable regedit in windows xp?

our sytem administrator disable it how can I enable it....please help me

Since regedit is disabled by an administrator, then only an administrator is able to enable it again. Unless you want to crack administrator password and change your profile settings, which will more then likely get you fired, then the only way would be ask your admin dept. to give you access to regedit.
