Athma or Soul is the original form of the god. He exists as soul within us, which is said to be the seed of life. The size of athma is said to be of the tip of our hair. Still it is the reason for our existence and it is something which doesn't have a birth or a death. Even when our body dies, the athma quits its shell (our body) and reaches god . The god gives the athma, another body to live with or takes it within himself, which is said as attaining freedom from life
it brings to our realization that we have every quality to become god, or to say, to attain the holy form called god and become a part of him. realization of the god should be the first importance of every human existence, which is none other than realization of himself athma

Asthma is a disease that prevents people from getting the proper amount of air flowing through their body. There are many people who experience asthma. The cause of asthma, however, may differ between each of those people. So what exactly causes asthma? Some of the triggers include a large list of allergies. For example, those who are allergic to pollen might experience difficulty breathing and wheezing while outdoors when the pollen levels are higher.

Atma is the consciousness spread evenly in the universe and beyond.
Atma is the cause of all living beings lives
When atama sees itself through the ego, it is called "Jivatma" or individual soul... however Atma is never individual, but the ego sees it as individual
The main aim of our life is to realise this Atma and live into this not in Jivatama, as we do now
