Any would probably do, if given the proper curing time. I would think you would use an enamel, maybe even an epoxy paint. You would want a hard smooth surface to stand up to repeated washings, and nonporous so that no germs can remain behind. They probably use strong cleaners that might take off lesser paints. As with any good paint job, the prep work will be the key.

I am curious as to why you want to know. Oh if you get a contract to do such a room, the kind of paint should be specified.

im going to be painting the walls in are OR rooms does kelly moore paints durapoxy paint they have will work.
