Makes you sweat. Not many real health benefits, but it does feel good sometimes. Just do not over do it. Too long and you will suffer heat exhaustion or worse, heat stroke. Drink a lot of water afterwards.

I find the sauna to be a nice way to relax after a work out. It also helps my skin alot (I have excema). Don't stay in a sauna very long and don't use if you have a fever or you are sick.

what about!? you cannot loose weight by going in a sauna!!

just for fat people who want to make themselves feel better by "losing weight."

Although you do lose weight on the scale, its only water weight. meaning, as soon as you rehydrate your body to where it would like to be, you'll weigh the same again.
