Two things :
1) She likes you
2) She is shy
If you like her too , ask her out girls like when the guys make the first move specially shy one , she'll like you more for that. If you dont like her be nice with her but not too nice or she'll think you do like her.

Dude she may like you. But trust me on this one, it doesn't mean she will say yes. Some girls like guys, but when the opportunity comes knocking, changed there mind. Not most, just a select few <.<.

What is your feeling for her? Do u like her ?
If yes, put her at ease first...words of affirmation might help....
she got to feel really comforatable when seeing you.. so that you guys can carry on from there..

If you like her back, you should do your best to keep her smiling and make her feel special so she'll know how you feel. If you don't like her like that, start treating her like a friend....and be nice about it
