Is there any software other than MS Publisher able to read .pub files?

I would like to look at the contents of .pub files, but don't have Publisher. Most formats can be imported into Word, but not this. Are there any shareware file converters that can handle .pub, or something like the Word reader software that can open but not modify files?

Nope, Publisher is a nasty demented beast all unto itself.

As you can tell, Im not fond of it myself.
