Its against the law for lawyers to pay for your expenses. You will have to wait it out. If you are injured, hire a personal injury attorney. You cannot get compensated because you were hit by a drunk driver and didn't sustain any injuries. You have to have sustained some type of injury. If not, you won't get paid for bodily injuries. For your car, if its in storage waiting for an adjuster to come see it, take your car out asap. Its incurring towing and storage charges. And their insurance company might not pay for everything. Although they are at fault.

Watch daytime tv and look on the back of the yellow pages. Injury lawyers advertise there all the time. Call a few of the numbers and ask if after the initial consulation and they believe you have a case, will they pay some of your expenses.

Just a friendly suggestion....next time, don't go cheap on your car insurance. See what going cheap gets you....trying to save a little money and BAM....broke. Having better insurance only costs about 20% more than liability only.

Also, look into getting a disability insurance policy that will pay you money while you cannot work. If you have a mortgage, ask about a mortgage disability policy too.

Call a State Farm agent and ask what they can do for you.

Usually this can be done when the case is settled and there is a structured settlement or annuity. But depending on the amount of suit, this may be possible. Try JG Wentworth.
