I run 5 times a week for 30 mins each, eat only 1 cup of rice a day, walk 1 hour 5times a week on top of my run, do ab excercises 4 times a week and lift weights twice a week. how long will i see results.i started 2weeks ago..

eating 1 cup of rice a day is sever under feeding, it will also not get you the nesicary neutriants that you need, like vitamins b12 from meats, vitamins a and c from fruits etc.

runninf 5 times a week for 30 minutes, the first 2 weeks is going to injure your legs, especially the muscles in your shins. and the amount of excersize compare to how much you eat is going to get you overexcerted.

try setting up a slightly less severe way of punishing yourself.
loose the weight over a longer period of time.

eat3 small meals a day, and walk 1 hour 5 times a week. keep that up for a few months. itll make you loose weight healthy, and make sure that you wont instantly gain it after you stop excersizing when you hit your target weight.

If you're eating only one cup of rice a day... you'll see weight loss results really soon but without adaquate proteins and vitamins found in veggies and fruits you'll lose your muscle tone even if you're lifting weights. Your muscles need nutrients to survive and grow. Your expending way more calories than you're taking in which is never a good recipe. The human body will not operate optimally when you're starving yourself. It's amazing you've lasted two weeks already. Eating is not bad. You just have to make the right choices. Your weight loss is a result of your exercising and your body eating itself alive to survive. You're on a good start with your workout routine but try increasing your caloric intake with quality foods and you'll see long-term results based on a change in lifestyle you can truly live with. Select a normal diet - don't starve yourself! if you starve yourself, the first thing that organism does is slows metabolism. It it afraid of starvation, and thus tries to store as much fat as possible, doing all it can to prevent fat loss (and that means, say bye-bye to whatever muscles you've got - they'll be the first to burn as a source of energy, you'll be constantly tired and sleepy, your body temperature may go down - the body will be saving on EVERYTHING, to save you from death which it expects from starvation) - you'll end up being both overweight and without normal muscles left.

That's the WORST idea you could get.
