Veterinary Cleaning & Disinfection?

I work in a veterinary clinic, and was wondering what are the best disinfectants to use? I notice that there is always a strange "smell" in the clinic, and I would like to make it have a more 'medical -clean' smell. Also, are there any hints/tricks that anyones uses?? Thanks!!!

I know Lysol makes a medical disinfectant. It smells very medical clean. I don't know specifics of where you buy it, but I used to use it when I cleaned a medical clinic years ago (I also remember it was a kind of brownish concentrate that you dilute with water)
