There is no sexual benefit with a "girlfriend". If you are sexually involved, she should be your wife and sex will become beneficial, at that point. The fact that you may be sexually involved with a midget doesn't particularly enhance your experience or her experience in intercourse unless that is something you find to be most exciting.
