there are some good remedies in homeopathy, ayurveda/siddha systems of medicine but my choice would be a combination of yoga, naturopathy and ayurveda or homeopathy as it effects a faster and lasting cure.. diet and life style play a big role in the onset and cure of diseases besides genes and other outside causes.. avoiding exposure to dust helps to a great extent!

Desensitizing shots one or two per week for 2 years may or may not help. Some people are helped by them some are not. Allergy preventatives such as zyrtec and singulair work fairly well but sometimes you still have an allergy attack.

You could try visiting a homeopathic doctor but personally I just have to keep my house vacuumed and cleaned a lot to avoid the runny nose and sneezes. Put allergy covers on your pillows and mattress too. If you can, don't use carpets, use floorboards.

Take daily Vitamin C 1000mg, plus massage on both side of your nose (up and down 15 times) using your middle finger tips three times daily. It worked on me, but it takes some time to recover (may be 3 months or more till the problem get improved) I hope it works on you as well. Good Luck.

I believe that there are furniture sprays, duster's etc that can combat the worst affects of dust allergy, which is an unpleasant condition.
Best wishes, J

You will feel better if you got rid of your carpets and had a wood floor, leather suite etc. I would bear this in mind when you decorate next.
