That depends on many things...how much you weigh now..overall body mass. Do you retain water? How fast do yo metabolize what you eat? How do you want to lose?
Can you afford to buy two dine bags of crystal meth?

Lots of decent weight loss plans out there. Weight loss on paper is very easy to figure out. You simply burn more calories than you consume. Keep the above factors in mind---while remembering that at 19, you still need your basic nutrition.
I've had good luck with Weight Watchers, Quick Weight Loss, Bob Greene's diet plan (he helped Oprah)

Being as young as you are this is the best time of your life to lose weight. Instead of asking how to become slim you should have given an amount of weight to lose. We don't know if you want to lose 100 pounds or 20 pounds. You should not lose more than 2 ponds a week from diet and exercise. Try to mix a hard Cardio workout with a solid diet. Try to drink only water and diet drinks for 2 months. This will increase the calories burned while decreasing the calorie intake. This is the quickest and safest way to lose weight.

Diet, exercise.
Eat healthy foods, low in calories, low in fat.
I would recommend going vegetarian, very healthy and cuts out
most of the bad foods.
Eat a big breakfast, and for dinner something small; like a salad.
Walk, if you hate to exercise, for about an hour a day.
That really does help, and if you do the diet correctly then the result
would show.
It really depends on how serious you are about getting slimmed down, and if you are, then it would only be a matter of time.

I am not sure that there would be a healthy way to do this that fast unless not much is needed to lose. If it is a high amount to be lost start exercising safely and eating healthy meals including breakfast. If you don't lose as much as you needed to at least you have a start on it. The best way to lose weight is to do it in a safe and healthy way. Pace yourself and don't give up. Good luck.

Just do some cardio workouts like running jogging and other things that makes your heart pump. The more your heart pumps the more calories (fats) you loose. So visit the gym. Or others advice fat burning supplements.
