i would like to know if i could still reopen a child support case thats been closed for a year now...cause someone said that once i closed a case i cant reopen it again...thanks...

YES you can. and if the caseworker or dept isnt on the ball, pull rank. write your states Regional FEDERAL Child Support Office and your states Attorney General.
