my friend have only vegetarian foods but have hot drinks & beer. I want to know how the hot drinks prepare

What do you mean by "Hot Drinks" ... do you mean Hot Coffee or Hot Tea or something else.
All alcoholic drinks (including beer) fall into category of vegetarian.

Those are both veg & non veg , alcoholic & non alcoholic. Purchase any good cooking book or search on internet. There is no problem at all.

what do you mean by hot drinks? tea, coffee or soup? soups can be non-veg. e.g. chicken soup meat soup, broth. If you mean whisky? or wine? or the like, which makes you feel hot inside, then they are not non-veg by preparation, but make you feel hot inside.

Alcoholic drinks are prepared by fermenting sugars,malt,grapes, etc. They are vegetarian.
