Used to.

Watching horses and having rustlers coming around when they thought I was asleep used to torture my sleep even after the horses were safely back at their usual corral where they were safe.
I woke up at four a. m. when a girls horse started snorting. I looked through the screen window and could not see anything, so I figured it was a wild animal bothering them. Then I went to the front room and saw a strange horse trailer lights across the road and saw a rustler running from my front acre back to his truck.

I had to go out and find the horses, because Jackpot a black spotted Appaloosa, took off leading Breezy, a white Arabian, and tweety, a newcomer in the renters herd lot, down the street when the dumb *** rustler opened the gate to try and lead them away.

I don't baby sit horses anymore, but I still had the stress from doing it and other things that made me into a bundle of nerves.

Lately I started staying up until early morning hours and offer my humble wisdom to those here I can help so I don't go to bed until the usual panic attacks occur.

Then I sleep like a corpse until seven or eight in the morning, some times.

Hi! All the time. I've had much abuse during my life and have had horrifying dreams since I was very little. Going to bed at night is scary to me because I don't want to have a night terror. In my dreams I am being chased, beaten, followed, abused in many ways, lost, stuck, falling, in car accidents and rejected by family, husband and friends. I try to use calming things, meditation and Ambien CR which sometimes helps but I still get them. I hope you sleep okay. Good luck!

Do you think? It sucks, but sometimes it's funny. Depends on if you wake yourself up laughing or screaming. I hope you get the laughing more than the screaming, but I know the feeling either way.

I think I might actually. What are the symptoms? I've been searching for what the name is for what i go through, so far I kind of know what causes it, but I don't know what it's called. So the answer for me is maybe.
