What if 1 of them is christian and the other atheist.. they both cant go to heaven nor hell.. limbo?

They each have a soul. At day of judgement they will receive new glorified bodies and will no longer be physically conjoined.

they are individuals even when joined psychally so they have seperate brains and souls,there fore each would stand and be judged individually
