I thought I had read once where there was something written in a passage that stated before you came to earth you were with God?

Yes---in fact Christ never stated we only live once .Only the Christian church upholds the propaganda that we only live once--but Christ amazed his disciples when he announced that John the Baptist was in fact the reincarnation of Elias the Prophet.
Matthew 11:13-14 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until
John. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
Matthew 17:12-13 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already.... then
the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.
Mark 9:13 But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have
done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.

There are also many biblical problems with believing in reincarnation. For example, in 2 Corinthians 5:8 the apostle Paul states, "We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord." At death, the, the Christian immediately goes into the presence of the Lord, not into another body. In keeping with this. Luke 16:19-31 tells us that unbelievers at death go to a place of suffering, not into another body.
Further, Hebrews 9:27 assures us that "man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Each human being LIVES ONCE as a mortal on earth, DIES ONCE, and then FACES JUDGMENT. He does not have a second chance by reincarnating into another body.

No, nothing about reincarnation. When Christ comes back for the rapture then Christians will be "caught up" as the Bible says with him. We will rein a 1000 yrs on Earth with him before Satan is set free for a period to lead a rebellion and then he is cast to the pits of hell for an eternity as we live with God. Nothing about reincarnation.

No. The Bible says that God "Knew" us and "Chose" us before the "Foundation of the World". But that is not surprising. God knows everything and is not bound by time. The Bible teaches against reincarnation. See Hebrews (9:27) "It is appointed unto man ONCE to die, and after this the JUDGEMENT".....theBerean

Yes. But you won't remember a thing not ting at all. I mean if you are here today and in the past. You'll be here in next life. We are all seeds of life just like the trees and everything on Earth Stays On Earth. Back you go and back you will be.

In the old testament, one of the prophets predicted that Elijah would "come back" and it was believed that he came back ... some say as John the Baptist. Thats about as reincarnation as it gets.
