If it's yahoo you can block them. When you check your e-mail on the right corner there is a MAIL FOR MOBILE,MAIL UPGRADE AND OPTIONS,click on options from there click where it says block addresses and then add the email address that you don't want or the domain(for ex. answer@yahoo.com just put yahoo.com and nothing from yahoo would go through)

Probably you unwillingly subscribed to receive these mails when you registered on one of the pharmacy's website. Normally you will find a tiny link in the letters somewhere saying you can unsubscribe; you just have to click on the link. You have to look for it carefully. If you can't find it in the letter, go to the pharmacy's website and look for the unsubscribe option. Depending on you email account you can simply ban the sender from sending you more unwanted emails. For the future, whenever you register yourself on a website always read the small letter notes and don't sign up to their mails. If your mails are obviously junk mail (coming from remote senders with different and messed up subjects about penis enlargement, Viagra etc.) sign them as junk and delete them. And start to use a proper email account which doesn't allow you to receive all that bulk. I'm with yahoo and it's great, no junks AT ALL.

Don't ever respond to these emails. Get a spam filter instead that stops them at server level. Works for me, anyway.

Do not open them, once they hit a live mail box they just keep sending more and more. Just delete them.
