I had downloaded WINDOW MEDIA player 11 and was installing it but my windows was not genuine, so the setup stopped and now i am unable to open window media player, please help me

get realplayer or quiktime instead

This is the only technique by whick u can install Windows Media Player 11 and IE 7 on yours OS(PIRATED)

Microsoft is going to kill me for this

follow these steps
1. Only if u have a setup of windows media player 11
2. U need to have winzip installed in urs system
3.Right click on MP11 setup and in Winzip menu say extract to here it would extract all the files on urs system
just run setup of all the extracted .exe files and guess what u will get updated to windows MP11.
with no messy error message

Ah, I see your problem. I personally have a valid Windows, so I don't have a problem...
I would suggest you download another Media Player such as iTunes or WinAmp.
I would go for iTunes over WinAmp. They all work in similar ways, and are rather easy to use...

Get valid windows. I have the real thing and it works just fine.

Well, you're (out of luck) with WMP. Give http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ a try.
