Water has air that is diffused in it like soda, just not as much. After a while it coalesce into a bubble.

if your sink has an aerator like most new sink do it will cause bubbles and on a more atomic level water is h2o hydrogen and oxygen after time and with warmth those bonds break causing you to see the chemical breakdown of the water hope this answers your question
