A feeling of excitability and palpitations and dry cough sometimes feeling like you cant breathe all that good especially when lying down and runny nose and constant itchy sneezes and pain in the right shoulder...can it be all just coincidence ? if you have had any of these symptoms, please share any diseases or problems that might have been diagnosed for them,,thanks

Sounds like heart problems! I would not hesitate in seeing a doctor the soonest!
Most of the symptoms you mentioned are heart problems' symptoms. Don't take a chance. Go and see a doctor.

I would say allergies. I have asthma and have some of these symptoms during certain times of the year.
