Personally, I was like in the same boat as you last July, weighing in at only 103lbs at 5'8. However now I am at 125lbs, and still gaining.

What you need to do is include a healthy eating, which means eating 5-6 small meals a day, hopefully you should be around 250-500 calories more than what you need everyday. You should also include some weight training, a suggestion would be to go on a basic compound routine which involves mostly compound exercises (pull-ups, bench press, deadlift, squat, military press etc). I currently do a push-pull-leg routine.
