I have brown curly hair & some guys like it because I am the only one at my school that has hair like this and they think it makes me unique because they are tired of girls with plain, straight hair. But my crush said that I would look better if I straightened my hair. When I try to straighten my hair it is never perfectly straight anyways so I figure why even bother? I like to show off my natural curl anyways. What do you guys think about girls with curly hair?

You should not try to change your looks for a guy. If a guy says that you would look better one way, stand up for the way that God made you -- with curly hair. I have curly hair. Now, yes, I straighten it sometimes. I like it that way sometimes. It is my choosing. It isn't about anyone else. You should be happy the way you are. Be natural, and show off what you have. I agree with you.
Guys do like girls with curly hair. Some of them think that certain girls look better with straight hair, but they don't know why they are talking about. Besides, look at how many celebs pay a whole lot of money to have curls like yours. lol And, think, you got yours for free!!

Yeah I like girls with curly hair. It's different with everyone. It's really nice to see a girl that usually has straight hair to have curly hair. They get really self-conscience about it when they shouldn't. It looks fine. Keep working at straightening your hair every now and then just for fun. Maybe go to whoever cuts your hair and ask them another way to straighten it. Or maybe your straightener sucks. And as for the guy.. just flirt and talk to him. He won't care much about your hair once he starts talking to you :).

It's not whether a girls hair is curly or straight that makes her attractive. It may contribute to the overall picture. I like curly hair, but sometimes it's not so good. It just depends. Some hair works well on some people, and on others it doesn't.

Curly hair is gorgeous. I think that that it makes you stand out and very unique. Guys just like girls to change their hair and looks once in a while because it's something different. It keeps them interested.

I have the curl too and I straighten it. try a really good HOT iron. or a blow dryer with a METAL round brush.
use a defrizzing lotion on the ends.
if you like it curly, then go for that too. I think it's what YOU like and feel most confident with. I change mine all the time. makes me feel unique because straight hair wont hold that curl!

My hair is natural curly too. I have tried to straighten it and it either frizzes or it just goes back to the natural curl. To me it's much better to have soft clean and well kept hair. I try to soften the curl and control it instead of fighting it.
My guy loves me and is not dependent on my hair... ;-)

I think that guys find it cute when a gurl has a curly hair! I have golden brown curly hair too and A lot of guys at my school say they like my hair!

I guess I don't think about girls with curly hair but rather women with good hearts. I think you should wear your hair the way if feels most comfortable to you and if someone doesn't like it, then so be it. Can't make everyone happy, right.

Dump that guy!! Dump that guy!! If he doesn't love you for who you are Dump him I do not care if he is right about your hair and every one tells you you should straighten your hair. If he doesn't love you for who you are dump him find a guy who loves you the way you are you are perfect to some one. Will he be there for you when the hair falls out because you straighted it to much. God made you perfict for you.

I love curly hair-if a guy really likes you he would even like you if you where bald. keep your hair you do not want to become a sheep like the rest of the people- be the spotlight of your school.
