Or does it even mean that they like you? Because they stare everyday and they show they're interested but I don't see how you can be if you've never talked to the person.

Their feeling cannot be as deep as if they really knew you, but even to an outside observer some of people best (or worst) characteristics are visible. It may be one of these that they admire.

That does not mean they can't like you. Maybe it was something that you did that you didn't think was a big deal but it may have meant a great deal to that person. Or maybe that person likes your personality and the way that you carry yourself. How do you think relationships start anyway? You're not going to know everthing about a perso but the little bit that they do know mabe just enough for them to be interested. Maybe you shold at least see what that person has to say and go from there. I say give it a try and see where it goes from there.

The first time I met my husband he was staring at me (I had on army issue glasses NOT pretty). I thought he was gonna make fun of me and I made some smart elic comment about taking a picture. Five months later we were married. Some guys just stare when they like someone I guess its a shy thing. Can't hurt to ask him.

A lot of people start liking people they don't know. That is initial attraction. Obviously you need more than that to keep things going, but initial attraction is the start. This site is full of people who have expressed interest in people they don't know. Even your friends were people you didn't know before you became friends with them.

uhhh....HELLO! It's a little thing called "Love at first sight"...so consider yourself lucky if someone is like totally in love with you. But it could also be a bit creepy since you have never talked to this person before and don't even know them. But if they like you enough they will eventually make a move and talk to you and you never know....you might like this person as well. Just give it time & if you really don't like them then politely tell them to lay off!
