You will have to work incredibly hard.
Cycling, jogging, weight lifting.
And eat healthy...

Sure I do....

Jog 2 kms everyday....
Work out fer 2 hours....
Cut fat from your diet.....only get it from natural sources: fish, eggs, nuts, meat etc
Reduce sugar intake & salt intake
Drink 2 litres of water daily
Dont smoke, or drink alcohol, soda, or too much cofee or even artificial sweetened fruit drinks
Stop junk food: eat fresh froots n veggies
Sleep 8 hours

The most immpy thing is exercise:
Besides running 2 kms (increase it slowly: or just run as much as you can push yourself to run)
Crunches: A 100 in the morn & a 100 in the eve
Push ups or dips: 50 in the morn & 50 in the eve
Step-ups : jogging up & down on the lowest stair in a staircase or onto a low platform; praps 6-7 inches high:
Cycling: again a good 2 kms
Jump rope: a kiddish thing but it sure helps your legs
Swimming: to convert all your fat to muscle: n dont paddle arond--SWIM try butterfly, breast stroke,

& ocasionally get an oil massage

Good LucK!!
