Hello, I've been considered a big for my age when I was in elementary school (2 - 3 inches taller than the other kids) and up to including grade 8. But after graduating high school, many of the boys were taller me than me (up to 6'3 - 6'4 even).
I am 5'10 - 5'11 (not too sure what height) - Male
My dad is 5'11
My tallest cousin is about 6'0 - 6'1 preceding my other cousins which are around my height 5'11 - 6'0.
My doctor told me that (after reading my graph) that I have the chance to grow up to be 6'0 - 6'1 tall. This is when I was in grade 8 - 10 (not too sure). But I am still the same height as I was before. I don't understand!
However, during grade 9 - current, I don't exercise, sleep less, not having a proper diet, and stayed at home for the past 5 years. I want to grow taller.
Currently I work in a warehouse setting, I work two days a week and lift at times, which sometimes my back does sustain pressure from lifting heavy objects. Do I still have a chance?

I don't smoke and I never used drugs.
I usually eat my breakfast @ 10:00 PM (odd 3 day course meal) - for five years, but I changed my habits since I have school (college) which I eat breakfast first before leaving, plus I am maturing and I am currently following the steps into being a healthy person.
I rarely drink any caffeine except tea (I love drinking tea once a while)
I eat a lot of meat (I eat large portions, let's say twice of everything)
I am 190 lbs (it's odd since, I don't look like a heavy person, I guess it went to my thighs and stomach)
I don't eat a lot of veggies usually meat, but I am currently eating anything with proteins and vitamins.
I am now taking multi-vitamin pills.
I want to grow as much as my body permits. Any other tips I can do? Play basketball?
I play a lot of hockey (goal tending)

Yes, typically males will continue to grow until they turn 21. There are numerous things that can "stunt" your growth. Smoking, drugs, poor nutrition and certain diseases to name a few.

Well you're still at a growing age at 18 believe it or not. Im 22 and from age 20 to 22, i grew 1/2 an inch without special diets or extreme exercise. Your best bet is to cut back on things that stun growth such as coffee, caffine, etc. You can also try exercise, best for growing swimming. These things may help your better push your growth, but it is very likely in your genitics if you can grow another inch or two at your age.

You can keep on growing . Lifting heavy makes work heavy muscle groups and this leads a release of Growth Hormone in your body which is called Samotropin. And if you start to eat healthy and proper foods your chance will grow . And do not lift too heavy beside working hours . Because too much of it may stop your growth.

Yes you will continue to grow taller up until you are 21 years old. Your final height I can't ascertain, as it depends on the family history.
