Rom. 1:24-27: “God, in keeping with the desires of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might be dishonored among them . . . God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error.”
1 Tim. 1:9-11: “Law is promulgated, not for a righteous man, but for persons lawless and unruly, ungodly and sinners, . . . fornicators, men who lie with males, . . . and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching according to the glorious good news of the happy God.” (Compare Leviticus 20:13.)
Jude 7: “Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them, after they . . . [had] gone out after flesh for unnatural use, are placed before us as a warning example by undergoing the judicial punishment of everlasting fire.” (The name Sodom has become the basis for the word “sodomy,” which usually designates a homosexual practice. Compare Genesis 19:4, 5, 24, 25.)
1 Cor. 6:9-11: “Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men . . . will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean, but you have been sanctified, but you have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God.”

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When a person continues in sin and disbelief, the Bible tells us that God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.
God does not create a person with homosexual desires. The Bible tells us that a person becomes a homosexual because of sin (Romans 1:24-27), and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person choosing to sin by giving into their sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger / rage, does that make it right for then to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true for homosexuality.
However, the Bible does not describe homosexuality as a “greater” sin than any other. All sin is offensive to God. Homosexuality is just one of the many things listed in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 that will keep a person from the kingdom of God. According to the Bible, God’s forgiveness is just as available to a homosexual as it is to an adulterer, idol worshipper, murderer, thief, etc. God also promises the strength for victory over sin, including homosexuality, to all those who will believe in Jesus Christ for their salvation (1 Corinthians 6:11; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

I have had this conversation before. It is true that there are typical representations from the Bible that are not accurate-- being about ritualistic sex, and the prositution of women, men, and young children. But Romans 1 is still the main text that remains after all the elimination of the other verses.
Here, the text:
Romans 1:21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.
That being said, there is more to go into after all that.
1) All sin is condemned by the Bible.
2) Even the Romans 1 verses are explaining that it is not the homosexuality itself that got these peo[ple in trouble. It was that they knew God but chose not to follow him. And in Genesis, the most common example of Sodom was being judged before the incident with the angels. There was a lack of trust for God in that city. And THAT is the true sin of that city, they did not trust God. Neither did those that heard that the city was going to be destroyed, they thought it was a joke. So they got destroyed, not because there were homosexuals, but because there was a lack of trust.

I believe that once a homosexual person finds God he will not indulge in immoral sexual activity but will dedicate his life to God and his service. Turn all that sexual energy into something positive. It would be a great sacrifice wouldn't it.Just because you feel homosexual doesn't mean you have to act the part, just like a heterosexual doesn't have to act out his sexual fantasy. The Bible was given to us for our physical, mental and spiritual well-being so going against it will not bring us the joy, peace and love that we all long for. I would like to learn more about the Eunuchs in scripture. Don't let a moment of pleasure bring you a lifetime of pain. Mmm

" 9 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. 11 Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. 12 You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. And even though 'I am allowed to do anything,' I must not become a slave to anything."
- 1 Corinthians 6:9-12
"8 We know that the law is good when used correctly. 9 For the law was not intended for people who do what is right. It is for people who are lawless and rebellious, who are ungodly and sinful, who consider nothing sacred and defile what is holy, who kill their father or mother or commit other murders. 10 The law is for people who are sexually immoral, or who practice homosexuality, or are slave traders, liars, promise breakers, or who do anything else that contradicts the wholesome teaching 11 that comes from the glorious Good News entrusted to me by our blessed God."
- 1 Timothy 1:8-11
There are more but these are just what came up when I searched Homosexuality. Here are is a link to a search done of The Bible for the words Sexual Immorality which is equivalent to Homosexuality: http://www.biblegateway.com/quicksearch/?quicksearch=sexual+immorality

1 Corinthians 6:9 and on answers
What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10 nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. 11 And yet that is what some of YOU were. But YOU have been washed clean, but YOU have been sanctified, but YOU have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God. Notice these people quit doing these things and were forgiven.

"There were angels too, who did not keep to their own domain, who deserted their dwelling place.
These the Lord has kept in perpetual bondage, shrouded in murky darkness against the judgment of the great day.
Sodom, Gomorrah, and the towns thereabout indulged in lust, just as those angels did; they practiced unnatural vice.
They are set before us, to dissuade us, as they undergo a punishment of eternal fire." (Epistle of Jude 6,7 - second last book in the Bible)|
---- ---- ---- ---- ----
That is a Biblical reference|
However, the Bible or Church teaching is not required to tell us that homosexuality is wrong - just a plain simple looking at the facts can tell us that|
That opening in a man is not meant to accept a male organ, its proper function is to expel feces|
Only the female organ is designed for that|
That is simple common sense - just like you don't pee in your own drinking water|
But, the thing is, political correctness does not use reason, but relies on slogans and intellectual fashion instead| ("not the Church! not the state! ... blah blah blah" - "My grandmother is my own choice!")|

The book of Leviticus I think... Maybe chapter 11-18 is a good place to start. Says Christians are supposed to stone them to death because their blood is already upon them. There's a lengthy list of people Christians are supposed to kill in there, but I still can't find the verse where you are suppose to stand outside abortion clinics yelling obscenities.
