Nope, belts do not reduce a big belly. The only thing belts do is to squeeze ur fats to either above or below the belt. My personal experience is that if you wear a belt tight for a long period of time, ur waist size does get a little smaller, but the effect is only temporary after the belt is removed. It last from few minutes to an hour max. Don't know the reason though. So the best way to reduce big bellies is to exercise :)

The one with the neoprene (that rubber stuff on the inside) makes you sweat while wearing it. It helped to trim my waist however I was also working out doing 20 minutes of tae bo and 40 minute walk on the treadmill everyday as well as using that tummy slimming gel/cream (which I think they also call cellulite cream). And also no fat will be lost in that area unless you actually do something to lose weight. Fat cells don't ever go away (except through lipo suction) and also don't move to another area of your body. You can slim them down but they are there to stay.

Wear a defined waist line (a.k.a) a belt or a shirt that goes in a little under the bust to highlight the smallest part of your anatomy. Don't wear things that are so tight, some people thinks it makes you looks skinnier and I beg to differ. You don't have to wear black all the time either lol just remember, appropriately sized clothing so it isn't huggin any areas you don't wants everybody to see, and the waistline. goood luckkk
