Um... two things here...

1) that's not exactly a well-balanced diet, good meal, but not a full plan.
2) you don't need to lose weight, even if you have the smallest bone structure imaginable.

Sure, I don't know you, but the most you may need to do is to firm up, shape up, or try to be more healthy. Probably a little consistant exercise is all you need. It's not a number on the scale that's the problem here.

You say you love food, and chocolate. It might be best to take this time to learn how to incorporate these into a healthy diet.

It doesn't seem logical that the body would cope with just eating cereals. I would think that you would feel quite tired by the end of the day. The body requires around 90 nutrients to function optimally. Heavy weight control is not about starving yourself or eating foods from a lone category. It is about having a balanced health lifestyle. Just released at Convention two weeks ago was a product called ProThin Weight Management System. It is a three step process.

1) Premeal tablet to give a feeling of fullness before a meal, so your portions and energy intake can be controlled. It also assists healthy digestion.
2) A formulated meal replacement powder (vanilla or chocolate) for one of your meals. This is a delicious and easy way to make sure one of your meals every day is kilojoule controlled and full of goodness.
3) Thermo Blend to support a healthy metabolism. Your metabolism is the rate at which your body uses kilojoules - so it makes sense that a healthy metabolism can keep you trim.

It was tested on seven staff (male and female) and over three months they lost between 7kg and 35kg. There is a brochure and guide book that comes with the products.

If you are truly serious about looking after your body and not just losing weight, please email me directly on leanne27@aapt.net.au. This product is available in over 40 countries around the world.
