My bf is angry with me he left to another country to have a vacation to feel free and to rest from me.. He's angry bcs when I go out with him he wants me to know where to go and I always say anywhere you like he says you have to tell me so we end up fighting. So i hate it when i go out with him i just like to go anywhere there’s no problem. But he seems to bother him??

Guys often like gals to make their own decisions.. and they are often tired having to think or decide most or even every time.
On the other hand, there are some guys who like their gals to ask them for their opinon of what to do, where to go etc. However, this should not be done everytime as well or else they will soon get tired of it.
Why not try suggesting to him of places that you will like to go or if you have any urge for any type of food, tell him and the both of you can suggest places that has the type of food that you currently has the urge for..
Make the first move when he's back! Things will change for the better...

Because he doesn't want to make all the decisions himself. Feel lucky that he isn't the type that just tells you where you are going and that is that. He may want to do things with you that you like to do. Surprise him the next time he asks and tell him where it is that you would like to go.
