Feed me! I'm Hungry!

My stomach hurts! If I bend up and down and thrash this chair around my stomach muscles tighten and that feels better for a moment...Oops, I breaks it. Nobody notices and I breaks some things.

FEED ME?!

MA?! Smash, smash, smash. MA! Smash, smash, smash. If Ma's not around...what me do?...Scratch, scratch, scratch...Smash, smash, smash, smash. Maybe I learn how to make a sandwich, or something.

Of course, if you were hungry, which you probably were, and you smash things still, these days, it is because your brain hasn't figured out the stomach is calling, AND you, need to learn how to get your own food.

My stomach just started grumbling, so I better get out and find a bite to eat before it turns into a growl.

I hope we don't meet along the path. We could end up smashing up everything around us and still not get any food.

I am going to sniff around until I get a whiff of some food.

I'm going now, GOOD BYE, and maybe I will meet a female that knows my stomach well enough so I don't get too low on fuel.
So, I don't get grumpy anymore.

GROWL..my stomach is mad as hell.

I would be swimming every morning when I got up, walking, or just any kind of exercise to relieve the stress it also helps with depression and I would think you need to find out what is causing you to become so angry that you want to break things. When I was diagnosed with a illness I was very angry and was told to exercise as well to get that energy released and the stress of the anger when it was building up, but I found going for help also helped greatly.

When you feel the anger mounting up, say out loud, "I feel so angry I don't know what to say". This probably sounds simplistic, but it helped my husband to the extent that I haven't had to call the cops on him in over 10 years.
Write about your feelings. Make sure to include in your writings your reflections on what you could have done differently to avoid the angry situation. For example, if you're angry because your wife made something you don't like for dinner, you might say, "I'm not in the mood for hot dogs and sauerkraut tonight. Let's all go to Red Lobster. You can have the hot dogs for lunch tomorrow." This is just an example. If you're angry because you got a parking ticket, you might write, "Next time I park my car, I will read all the posted signs about parking and make sure I am legally parked." Best wishes with your challenge.

Yeah there is actually.
Grab what ever you want to smash all the time over stupid
things and apply it to your forehead as long and hard as you want!
1: You will have accomplished all you wanted to ....
2: Your stress will be relieved as, if you do it right you
should be sleeping at that point.
3: As far as stupid goes... Stupid is, what stupid does.

this isn't an exercise but it's what i had to do- when you get angry and overwhelmed and are about to do something stupid, stop, put the object down -slowly- and just breathe. Wait a few seconds, still focusing on your breathing and think "do i really want to do this?' and just walk out of the room. either that or sort out what's bothering you. Or kickboxing.

I agree with the anger management classes... running, weight training pretty much anything that you can use or channel your negative energy from smashing and breaking things. Martial arts also benefit from the exercise and self discipline taught in the classes.

Get some very angry music on your Ipod and go and lift some weights. When you are too tired to move, go see your therapist.

I could suggest a few techniques, but you have to get over that behavior and to do that I'm suggesting counseling. You don't want stress to ruin your life and it sure could.

Yeah. First you compile a box full of stuff you don't like, then you smash it.
