For some people Love and sex are the same thing... they are the lucky few who have a loving marriage with on going passion.
Now, those with high moral standards they would not think of having sex unless it was enveloped in love.
Now, you can love someone and not want to have sex with them.. as in loving a parent, a child, a friend.. but If you love with a passion then you will want to have the sex and the love and that is what causes some people to get married after only a short period of time...
Now, for the promiscuous person.. sex can be had without any emotional ties to the other person.
Just for the record... not all dogs want to have sex just because it is there for the taking. Consequently we have people who are not as particular as some dogs... lol

I guess you are a guy. This is more a women's question unless you have never been in love. . Yes there is difference. Most men can have sex with any one. Love is when your Heart is in the love making and it only happens to the one we love. Sex is about us getting what we want.It will never really satisfy you. Love is when we do for the other and do not care about us. Sex is like masturbating it relieves the pressure but we feel there is some thing missing. Making love when you are done you are full filled. When you make love to the person you love you will know. There is no words that can describe the feeling of making love to the person you are in love with.

Love and sex is two different things completely. Love is when you care deeply and emotionally for a person and you can be yourself around them. If you love someone you don't hurt them. Sex is just a physical act. You can have sex if you don't care for a person. Usually, most people mistake these things as the same thing and end up getting hurt.

Of course there is a difference. To love someone is deep and has nothing to do with sex. When people are in love, sex can be an act of affection and love of each other, while in certain instances, sex can happen without love

That's the thing, they can be different and one thing. If you're a soppy person, all loved up you'll say it's one. The way it's showed on love films.
But me, i say it's different! Sex is Sex. It's an act. You can love someone and have sex with someone else just like you can have sex with someone you don't love!

They are both definitely different. It varies from person to person. Some people cannot make love unless they are emotionally bonded to the person. And some people have sex with out any emotions attached.
Either ways, sex is just sex and no connection.
Love is connecting two souls to become one.

Love and sex are two different things. You can love someone without the desire to have sex with them.

You can have sex with someone you love.
you can love someone without sex.
You can make love with someone you don't love, even for one night.
Love is about giving no matter what, about ignoring faults and supporting each other, love is feeling eternally grateful you have that person in your life. Sex essentially is to make babies & for gratification, and making love to create a bond between a couple.
To allow someone to be intimate with you (from a woman's perspective) means they are giving a part of themselves to you you'll never understand (as men). For men they need the gratification, the need for intimacy comes later when they want their partner for more (like to do the cooking and housework etc and rear their children)...
Right or not???
