So,I am in 5th grade,but i really really really like this boy that is the same age:11! How can I get him to like me if we never talk? Do you think that I should go on a couple more years until 8th or 9th grade? But if we still don't talk then,what should i do then?

My dear, you are to young to be thinking about this, a girl your age doesn't need a guy, you need your brain, a guy won't help you solve the hardest problems in life, your knowledge or the world will. Consentrate on your studies, they'll aid you the most in life. Besides... if you end up being a smart girl, you're likely to get a smart guy that respects you. In the long run though... just wait... boys come and go, crushes come and go, live life to the fullest while you still can.

Be prepared for rejection. There is no way to tell you that you are too young as long as you are only interested in friendship basically. Boys at that age and long after are too immature to be kind, graceful or wise. So try talking to him, and if that goes very well consider dating him in a few years, but I sure hope you don't want to be too "physical" at age 11.

Well, I think you should try to be his friend first before you try to get him to like you. If you are in the same class, try to do classwork or projects with him if your teacher alllows it. Talk to him during recess or lunch. If you be yourself, I'm sure he will like you as a friend. After you graduate and go on to middle school, maybe your friendship will go and you and him will hang out more. Just don't rush into anything. You're still young and have all the time in the world to be with someone. I hope my sugguestions were helpful. Good luck.

how about pass him a note asking a series of questions. send it to a bunch of people so he's not the only one then accidentally send yours to him but make sure you put on there "who do you think is the cutest in the class" or something like that.
