Well it all depends on which Momo's you have. There are two kinds. Both come with 4 ohm voice coils. But one has DVC (dual voice coil) and one has SVC (single voice coil).

since both subwoofers are 400 watts RMS each, then you will want an amp that pushes 800 watts RMS x1.

so this is what you want to look for:

if you have the SVC 4 ohm, then you want an amp with this rating:
800 watts RMS x1 @ 2 ohms
and you wire the subwoofers like this

if you have the DVC 4 ohm, then you want an amp with this rating:
800 watts RMS x1 @ 1 ohm

Hint:
The higher the ohm load is, the better the sound quality.


And when it comes to brands....
try to avoid buying too cheap of an amp. you dont necessarily need a $1000 amp. but you dont want a $50 amp neither.

if you buy too cheap of an amp. it will heat up and burn out sooner.
