And continue the same daily exercises you are accustomed to routinely now.

try to work out at least 2 or three times a week
eat by the older food pyramid because it is easier to understand
don't try to lose more than 3 or 4 pounds a week so that it stays off easiest
don't look in magazines to compare yourself with the stars because phsycological diet is just as important as physical and it all helps

the fastest way is by running .. u can lose 5 pounds or more a week by running 2-3 miles everyday and all this without making changes to your diet.

It depends on you. Your age, weight, gender, personality, etc.
All I can say is that my friend who was once 410lbs did the Richard Simmons tapes for a while and it really worked for her. She lost about 100lbs.

you can eat what you want, just make sure you do enough exercise to burn off all the calories you eat

just simply in a nut shell,exersize and watch your calorie intake.You must burn off more calories than you take in.Simple ain"t it

well there is crack,or theres is working out , mostly cardio. and maybe use a suppliment. and watch you diet
